The Guggenheim celebrates with YouTube Play A biennial of Creative Video to highlight the potential for creative video. Surprisingly those "innovative and original" YouTube featured videos from around the world, took a back seat. Instead the focus was on the collage-style projection on the interior and face of the Guggenheim, which played extremely well off the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Unlike that of Jenny Holzer's For the Guggenheim in 2005, the projection really was mapped specifically for the architecture.

Creative video has come a loooong way, but with a projected presentation like this one by Obscura Digital ..who wants to sit and click through YouTube videos anymore? HD video is the creative innovation we should be celebrating because HD anything looks good with any configuration.
